The Covid-19 pandemic has been a health problem affecting the whole world. In the process of combating this health problem, healthcare professionals have struggled on the front lines. This situation has also caused some negativities on the psychological health of health workers, workplace conditions and working systems. In the study, the relationship between the level of anxiety and workload of healthcare workers and employee performance during the Covid-19 period was examined. For this purpose, a total of 354 health workers, 271 women and 83 men, participated in the study. A questionnaire including demographic data form, Covid-19 Anxiety Scale, Workload Scale and Employee Performance Scale was applied to the participants. As a result of the analyzes made, it was seen that the measurement tools used were reliable and valid for the data set. A significant relationship was found between Covid-19 anxiety and workload. There was no significant relationship between performance and Covid-19 anxiety and workload. As a result of regression analysis, the effect of workload on Covid-19 anxiety was found to be higher in healthcare workers working in other healthcare institutions than those working in hospitals. The fact that the findings obtained coincide with the last times of the Covid-19 pandemic has drawn attention to the different aspects of the relations between the concepts. However, it is thought that the anxiety and workload brought by the Covid-19 pandemic have an impact on the performance of healthcare professionals.
