Abstract (EN)
Online shopping has become one of the important elements that have an impact on every aspect of our lives. Online shopping has positive and negative aspects for consumers. Many sectors have changed with the Covid-19 pandemic, which has affected the whole world. The aim of this study is to examine and reveal the differences in online consumer behaviors, consumption habits and purchasing behaviors that have changed with the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic in these three periods, pre-pandemic, pandemic process and post-pandemic. Many important studies have been made and continue to be done in this field regarding the Covid-19 pandemic. The apparent change and effect of the Covid-19 pandemic in many areas has occurred. These effects and changes of the Covid-19 pandemic continued after. Unlike other studies, this research has been analyzed and comparatively analyzed online consumer behaviors affected and changed by the Covid-19 pandemic in three periods: pre-pandemic, pandemic process and post-pandemic. In the research, 60 people with different demographic characteristics from all over Turkey were interviewed by in-depth interview method, which is one of the qualitative research methods. The questions were formed as a total of 31 questions in four categories: demographic characteristics, pre-pandemic, pandemic process and post-pandemic. The answers given by the participants to the questions were deciphered, the codes were created and the data obtained were analyzed in the MAXQDA 2020 program. As a result of the analysis, with the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic, the differences in the attitudes and motivations of consumers towards online shopping and consumer online purchasing behaviors were revealed in these three periods before the pandemic, during the pandemic process and after the pandemic.
