With this study, the opinions of citizens about the Covid-19 pandemic, which started in 2019 and continued in 2023; It was conducted to measure general information about Covid-19, protective measures, ways to obtain information in terms of dimensions, and to determine whether the responses vary according to sociodemographic characteristics. As a result of the research, in order to record the opinions of citizens about the epidemic in the literature, to examine national and local organizations in pandemic management and to contribute to pandemic preparation plans, as well as to protect and improve health; Another aim of the study is to draw attention to the one health approach and urban health concepts. The questionnaire developed by the researcher was applied to 383 people determined by G-power power analysis. SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) program was used for data analysis. Mean, standard deviation, numbers and percentages in the analysis of descriptive statistics; Chi-Square test in group comparisons; Kruskal Wallis significance tests were used to compare continuous variables that did not fit the normal distribution. When the findings are evaluated, it is seen that there are 51 (13.3%) people who have never been vaccinated, those who are in the middle and old age stated that they do not agree with the questions related to health literacy at a statistically significant level, the elderly prefer television more to get information, and the young people are more likely to get information. It has been determined that most of the employees prefer social media, the participation of employees in masks and social distance measures is low, and those who do not get vaccinated are mostly young people.
