Abstract (EN)

The development of information technologies and the internet has also affected commerce and caused trade actors to move to the online environment. As the food and beverage industry transitioned to online business, consumers who ordered via telephone in the classical style started to order food online. The Covid-19 Pandemic, which emerged at the end of 2019, caused heavy damage in many areas from health to commerce, and profoundly affected consumers' behaviour and purchasing decisions. With the Covid-19 Pandemic, it is vital to identify and analyse the factors affecting the consumer's decision to use the online food ordering service and ensure the sustainability of the businesses in the sector. In this respect, this study it is aimed to determine the factors that affect the consumer's online food order purchasing decision. An online questionnaire was preferred as a data collection method, and 418 questionnaires were obtained. As a result of the data analysis with the structural equation method, it was determined that the comfort zone factor had the most impact on the consumer's decision to use the online food ordering service during the Covid-19 Pandemic, followed by the information factor. However, contrary to the expectation of a positive impact, the factor of healthy menus had a negative effect on the consumer's decision to use the online food order service during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The data could not support the hygiene of the food delivery service and the factors of contactless delivery statistically.
