Abstract (EN)
The COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, which has affected the entire world, has brought about radical changes, especially in working life and social life. The fact as to the global pandemic has created a crisis situation for all businesses regardless of their sector. The spread rate and deadly effect of the virus forced businesses to implement an unusual crisis management and caused radical changes in all working processes. The changes caused by this crisis in human resources functions are the main purpose of this study. For this purpose, a research based on qualitative research method was carried out in a food business operating in the beverage industry. As a result of the research, it was determined that the work from home system, digitalization of documentations, remote trainings and meetings, hygiene-based practices in the work has become widespread and the psychological resilience of the employees has become important.
