Abstract (EN)
The subject of this thesis is "The Issue of Refunds in Private Education Institutions due to the Covid 19 Epidemic". The subject is still a current problem, and the institutions that can bring a legal solution to this problem will be emphasized and different aspects will be examined on the basis of these institutions. According to the report of the World Health Organization, the respiratory infectious disease known as Covid-19 has been seen in more than a hundred countries and has been declared an international public health emergency. In our country, in line with the recommendations of the Coronavirus Scientific Committee established within the Ministry of Health, in order to minimize the spread of the disease, theater, cinema, wedding hall, etc., where our citizens are together at a close distance. The activities of the places have been temporarily suspended, and distance education has been started in public and private education institutions. Within the scope of private education institutions that we will examine in our study; foundation universities, colleges, kindergartens and other private educational institutions providing services for pre-school, primary, secondary, high school and university students.
