Abstract (EN)

The Covid 19 outbreak has affected the whole world, negatively affecting people, society, economy and social life. Especially many professions involved in the Covid 19 outbreak were more affected by the outbreak to other people and professionals. Health workers, who have the biggest role in combating the epidemic, are more affected by the increased workload due to the high number of cases and deaths. For this reason, the health system may be insufficient. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors affecting the volunteering levels and volunteering of the people living in Gümüşhane in case of need for human power during the pandemic process. In the study, the data will be collected by questionnaire method and analyzed with SPSS program. The results of the analyzes will be presented with frequency, mean, standard deviation. In addition, T-test or Mann-Whitney U test will be used when comparing pairs between groups, and ANOVA or Kruskal_Wallis H test will be used when comparing more than two groups. This study will give an idea to the managers for the establishment of policies that will increase the participation of the public in preparedness and response efforts to combat epidemics.
