The economies of all countries have been shaken by the Covid-19 virus epidemic, international trade has come to a halt due to the closing of the borders, and it has been inevitable for many companies to experience victimization due to the negative effects of both domestic and international trade. At this point, many countries have announced financial incentive packages to support businesses until the outbreak ends and the economic crisis is overcome. In this study, the financial incentive packages announced by Turkey and England, Canada and Australia are compared and their similarities and differences are revealed. One of the most important differences between the financial incentive packages as a result of the comparison is that while grant-oriented financial incentive packages were announced in England, Canada and Australia, credit-oriented financial incentive packages were announced in Turkey.
