The experimental group was divided into groups and a total of 6 groups were formed, one group being 8 people and the other group being 7 people. Four sessions of solution focused approach counseling were applied to each group. Each session lasted about 60-90 minutes. Results: The average of the pretest scores of the individuals in the experimental group 25.76 ± 3.08, and the mean posttest score 16.69 ± 3.81. The pretest mean score of the subjects in the control group 27.21 ± 2.17, and the mean posttest score 25.60 ± 2.27. As a result of the analyzes, a statistically significant difference was found between the two groups.
