Özet (EN)
Recently, both subjective and objective criteria is used for identifying the quality of voice. It is aimed to analyze clinically and acoustically the voice and construction characteristics by taking into consideration the anatomic construction analysing of opera and chant students who take the education of using voice in its best and widest performance. For this, criteria like defining subglottal airflow and air pressure, the activity of ventricular fold in supraglottal formation and acoustic analyzing of voice is formed.18 (45%) women) and 22 (55%) men total 40 students who is studying in Cukurova University State Conservatory stage arts Opera and Chant Courses department are accepted. Aerowiev Phonatory Aerodynamic System with airflow and estimated subglottal air pressure measurement are made. By saying `papa? consonant records are taken. For determining supraglottal activity via laryngovideostroboscopy in `i? vocalization best abduction sight on plica vocalis anterior-posterior and medial length measurement are made. For acoustic analyze by using Dr. Speech program in `a? vocalization records are taken. An Opera and Chant students group that formed from 15 (37,5 %) Soprano, 3 (7,5%) Mezzo-soprano, 7 (17,5%) Tenor, 11 (27,5%) Baritone and 4 (10%) bas with specialty of voice are found normal in their laryngeal consultation and voice illness. The investigation starts with 44 students, 4 students that smoke, plica vocalis don?t close completely and have nodul aren?t added into investigation. When quantitative variables are evaluated for 3 independent group average, way Anova Test and for 2 group comparing, İndependent-T test are used. Relations are calculated by Pearson Correlation coefficient. Statistically between air pressure and gender a significant disparity are seen (p>0.05) (0.030). When women?s air pressure are mean value 15.47±2,21 cmH2O, the men?s are found 13,50±3,07 cmH2O. The women?s air pressure are found higher than men?s. In analyzing air pressure, airflow and the correlation of acoustic analyze data statistically, a significant relation is found between air pressure and Fundamental Frequency (F0). Statistically, between air pressure and airflow 62% ratio a positive relation is found (p=0.001). When airflow increase the air pressure increases, too. Statistically, a significant difference is seen between air pressure and categories of voice. This difference is seen between bas-baritone and mezzo soprano. Bas-baritone mean value is (12.84±3.45 cmH2O) found. Soprano and mezzo soprano (15.46±2.30 cmH2O) are found higher from its average rate (p<0.05) (p=0.028). Statistically, a difference isn?t seen between airflow and categories of voice (p>0.05). Statistically A-P length average rate of men and women doesn?t show any difference (p>0.05). Medial length of men and women doesn?t show any difference, significantly (p>0.05). Medial length average rate is found 3,19±0,65 cm in tenor voice group (p<0.05). Tenor voice categories mean value is 4,43±0.72 cm found. Statistically, it is found significantly higher than the other voice (p=0.036). No relation is found when comparing air pressure and airflow with SPL (Sound Pressure Level).Key words: subglottal pressure, subglottal airflow, opera and chant courses, glottal adduction, acoustic analysis.
