The aim of the Çukurova University Development Plan is substructure of economic, social, technique and with doing detailed examination of environment, totalitarian and wide-ranging work. All partners in university of the plan is to be made is a guide book by the nature, At the same time its target is guide to development of university with strategically projects. In this work, raster and vector data from building department of Çukurova University rectorate have been processed and analyzed in Geographic Information Systems using MapInfo program. Also poor and power side of Çukurova University has been defined and supported all cases, possibilities and threats with analysis of SWOT
