Problems and solution recommendations for the government of the Republic of Turkey

In this study, Turkey's political culture and practices in the context of the presidential system of government examination of the problems that may arise explaining the aims and making recommendations regarding the solution of these problems. Many countries have moved to the presidential system with the implementation of the presidential system in the United States, with the idea that rapid decision-making is driven by a strong executive. unstable governments with strong executive government through the Presidential system in Turkey wants to prevent. When the presidential government system was explained, the parliamentary system, presidential and semi-presidential systems applied on the world were examined and in the light of the problems that emerged in these systems, suggestions were made about areas that might cause problems in the Presidential government system. In this study, it was explained that countries should make a government system suitable for their political culture in order to create stable administrations. Presidential system of government is a good system for Turkey. However, if the problems that may arise in the regulation and implementation of the system are resolved, the beneficial aspects of the system can be utilized more. In this study, it has been concluded that government systems need to be revised according to the conditions in order to be able to work smoothly and produce solutions against problems.
