The Approach of catechisms in the period republican on the subjects of foit

SUMMARY The name of our thesis in a sentence is: "The approach of catechisms in the period of Republican to the subjects of faith" In this name We 've studied on faith matters in the books called cT1mihal" and published between 1923-1965. We've handed a general information about catechism form in the first part of the thesis. In the second part we've produced the catechism which we were able to determine from libraries, bibliograhic books and bode catalogues. This part is divided into two sections as large catechisms and concise catechisms. In the first section we've produced information writers of the large cathechisms and approaching methods; and in the second part we've handed information about the concise catechisms. In the third part of the thesis, general approaching methods of catechisms of republican times was studied and it is pointed that in a time which anti- religious trends were seen intensely, catechisms could not introduce the subjects related to faith sufficiently. And it is concludet that the subjects related to faith should be studied again with the support of scientific and intellectual proofs and this mission should be completed by scholars who are experts in their fields. vu
