The employment and training of religious ministers in the republican era

This study named ?The Employment And Training Of The Religious Ministers İn The Republican Era? consists of two parts; the first part ?introductory? and the second ?development?. İn the first part some concepts regarding religious ministers are explained. Besides, just to shed light on the republic period, all improvements relating to the employment and training of religious cownsellors starting from Muhammed the Prophet (s.a.v.) to the Republic Era are also studied.In the second prat, the employment and training of ?İmam-Hatip? and ?Müezzin-Kayyım? staff between 1920 and 2010 is studied. The number and educational level of religious ministers in the period of Republic are examined. And also, the structure and the units of Religious Affairs Directorate (RAD) that is the only competent authority for mosques and religious ministers are explained; ?Hac?, ?Umre? and ?Overseas? appointments of İmam-Hatips and Müezzin-Kayyıms by RAD are assessed. The effects on religious ministers of the examps ?ÖSS? (Üniversity Entrance Exam), ?DGS?
