Scientific studies in the field of tecvid and kirat after the republican period; the example of Ismail Karaçam

Ismail Karaçam is a valuable scientist who has gained an important place in his field with various works he has written on the sciences of the Qur'an, as well as academic studies he has done in the field of qira'at. In this study, the life, works, symposiums and articles of Ismail Karaçam, a respected academic author of the Qur'an hafiz, who is a living example of the scientific studies conducted after the Republic in the field of education and education in Turkey, and other works he has done in his field have been written. In addition, information was provided by analyzing two important works that Karaçam wrote about the science of Qira'at and Tecwid, which he led to the next generation and which are the main source in Universities and institutions where Qur'anic education is provided. While this information is being transmitted, the disagreements and different opinions of those who work in this field on some issues have also been added to the explanations.
