Abstract (EN)
This study deals with the physicochemical and microbiological characteristics of water in the Daday Yumurtacı Lake. The water samples were collected on a seasonal basis for the months between March 2018-December 2018 from four (4) different sites of the lake. The water samples were analyzed for various physicochemical characteristics such as temperature, pH, DO, conductivity. Following ranges were obtained for and were measured average pH (8,6508±,68427), Temperature (14,092±7,5082°C), conductivity (271,17±57,690 μS/cm), Dissolved oxygen (8,9358±,72734 mg\l), experimental values of various physicochemical parameters of water samples results were largely within the WHO. Besides microbiological tests was the highest load Microbial during March it was 32×101 CFU/ml, The total bacterial counts ranged average 14,25 x 101 ± 8,667 x 101. The bacterial isolates included identification seven species of bacteria in water the Daday Yumurtacı Göletindeki Lake among which. Providencia rettgeri, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Erwinia spp., Aeromonas salmonicida, Ochrobactrum anthropi, Enterobacter cloaceae, Pasteurella pneumotropica. It was concluded that almost all strains identified in the present study were pathogenic in nature.
