Abstract (EN)
Circulant matrices have many connections to probability and statistics, to numerical analysis, to number theory and to geometry.In this study, it has been determined general expressions such that defination, properties, generating of circulant matrices. Then, it has been given knowledges about matrix norms. Finally, it has been investigated bounds for different norms of circulant matrices whose entries are En and Kn numbers.
