Abstract (EN)
This study has been leaded by Assist. Prof. Dr.Ömer Faruk GÖZÜKIZIL, a faculty of Mathematics Department at Science and Literature Faculty of Sakarya University. This thesis has been submitted to Sakarya University-Institute of Science.In the first part of the study a general information is given. In the second part, some necessary definitions and theorems which are needed are included. In the following part of the study, solution methods of polynomial equations are discussed. Then, circulant matrice method of polynomial equations are discussed. Lastly, there are results.Key Words: Polynomial Equations, Circulant Matrices.
