Designation of a profile cutting machine with angle adjustable and rising saw

In this study a machine was designed for cutting PVC and Aluminum profiles with rising saw.Logic and the main aim of the developed system is easily and mechanically exact cutting at degrees of15°; 22,5°; 30°; 45°; 90°. Pneumatic control systems are available on the designed machine. For thebest cutting, circular saw was chosen. Also for the best cutting surface, 4000 rpm was chosen for thesaw of designed machine. SolidWorks software was used for designing of the cutting machine withrising saw. The designed machine can be separated into 3 main groups. Shortly the main groups are;block group, circular tray group and chassis group. The detailed explanation of the groups can be findinside of this study.
