Abstract (EN)
In this study, bed formation mechanism at the seawall toe is located on the 1/6 inclined bottom with irregular wave effects has been investigated experimentally. All experiments are performed at the same 60 cm still water level with one type bed material. 14 set experiments were tested by using JONSWAP spectrum in different wave heights and periods. In experiments without wall, run-up datas were compared with literature. In experiments with wall, seawall was located in two different positions (X=20 cm and X=40 cm) that bed profile change and dimensionless parameters about the change were investigated at the seawall toe. Wave datas recorded in the experiments with time. Run-up, bed profile and cross shore currents were measured. Current velocities were recorded with wave datas simultaneously. Beach profile measuements were taken by bed profiler before and after experiments. Also, wave transformations were determined 8 different resistant type wave prob placed different locations of wave channel. Experimental results show that there are a significant interactions between wave-structure and wave-sea bottom
