Özet (EN)

Avulsion type injuries are usually seen on skin tissue but also rareley seen on other tissue types. In xperimental studies, crush-avulsion injury models, which are used to create vascular avulsion injury are lack of obtaining quantitative data. We develop a new model that turns the deformation under pressure into an electrical signal by using load cell. System contains an actuater; that uses the cycling movement of the engine to turn into the linear movement, engine driver, joystick and a microcontroller. Other properties are attached to the microcontroller by using a software that designed for his project. 30 male wistar albino rats which weight between 300 and 330 gram are used in this study. 6 of the rats are used as preliminary study. After inducing anesthesia, all tissues are cut between inguinal ligament and superficial epigastric vessels except the femoral neurovascular bundle. Right leg of the rat is attached to the pulling arm of the model. On the preliminary study, all of extremities were pulled and evaluated. Pulling force was recorded graphically and 4 decrease peak was seen at the end of the procedure. According to this peak point 4 groups were formed. First decrease peak was seen on the rupture of fibrotic bands just near the neurovascular bundle and rupture of adventitial layer of vessels and epineuroum. Second peak was caused by arterial rupture, third peak was 89% caused by vein rupture. Neural rupture was responsible for the forth decrease peak. This model provides the chance to create an avulsion injury that could be used on vascular avulsion injury and can be used on degloving injury or brachial injury on every rat by keeping variables like pulling angle, speed and force constant in an objective view.
