Abstract (EN)
Within the scope of this study, we have discussed an information system which manages the annual support payments provided to the animal owners who records the breeding goats and sheeps in Turkey and whose animals are eligible for support. Besides, by observing the software lifecycle and its processes, the important stages of the software have been entirely pointed out. The importance of the contribution of the diagrams of unified modelling language to the software projects has been mentioned and some of the diagrams have been used in the related processes of the information system. It was observed that it had been necessary to benefit from the software engineering subjects more during the software development processes and therefore, it has been often benefited from these subjects in the ?Breeding goatandsheep information system?. The advantages and means through the establishment of the information system have been mentioned and the structures necessary to be added to software in the future have been presented as a suggestion.
