Darende always becomes very important district whose history extends to Hittite with its geographical and geopolitical feature.With its physical features and natural beaties on which there are trade routes, very step rocks which are turned to deep canyons by Tohma River,it always becomes interesting point ,achieves to stay on agenda and does not lose its importance. İt changes owners with political contradictions and it stays under the dominance of different governments and principalities.This historical process adds important location and cultural wealthiness and helps being landlord to a lot of different cultures.The aim of this study:Bringing together Ceramic which comes from the first person?s appearing till today and Darende?s history ,cultural wealthiness ,natural beatyies,introducing future generations,paying attention to cultural variety,architectural feature in this district with concepts which form on different shapes and surfaces,doing synthesis of past and future.Key Words: Darende, Culture, Architecture, Contemporary Ceramic Art, Malatya
