Abstract (EN)
In the scope of this research, it is aimed tore search effect of Darts players' instant and constant stress levels on the performance. In this research accordingly, instantstressschedulebeforethecompetitionsandconstantstressscheduleafterthecompetitionswereconducted on the participants with the aim of detecting their instant and constant stress levels. And findings have been compared to degrees which they had acquired during the match season. With an aim of determining athletes' personal qualifications and their information about Spielberger's instant and constant stress schedule (STAI), data about each of them have been gathered via the survey of identity information. Research is done in the cross-sectional type. "studies which require data to be gathered as to identify specific properties of a group are called cross-sectional research" (Tanju, Darica and Buyukozturk, 2011). Method of the study is descriptive in terms of its aim, cross sectional in terms of its time and it is a survey in terms of its datum gathering method As a consequence, it has been determined that when participants' average of stress levels is analysed with regarding the gender factor, male athletes have lower rate of instant and constant stress as compared to female athletes and as the age increases instant stress levels will decrease. Proposals have been made about that.
