Nature and human in Darwinism

The concepts of human and nature have been one of the important issues of philosophical thought for thousands of years. Basically, explain the meaning of human existence in the universe and its relationship with nature are questions that human beings look for answer. To date, of course, efforts have been made for a solution. Yet, within the value paradigms of each period, this effort can be seen as valuable. By making use of scientific developments in the historical process, we first tried to examine the concept of nature. We wanted to show the transformation of nature, which was thought to be alive and possessing a soul in the ancient Greek world, with the developing understanding of science. It can be said that the transformation experienced in the dominant knowledge paradigm with the Renaissance has undergone a change in meaning with the approaches to nature and human beings. As a result, no theory should be considered independent of the social and cultural climate of its time.
