Abstract (EN)

The behaviors exhibited by individuals within the organization in business life are reflected in the functioning of the organization. The behaviors, decisions and abilities of the leaders, especially in the top level management, shape the strategy of the organization as well as being a guide. Organizational strategies appear as a reflection of the top-level leader behaviors. Therefore, leaders play an important role in the formation of organizational strategies. For this reason, it is important to investigate the behavioral strategy tendencies of the leaders. In addition, the brain-focused approaches of leaders are also remarkable. Leaders' neuroleadership orientations can be effective in the face of situations that will arise during the behavioral strategy formation process. This study was prepared to examine the effect of neuroleadership in determining behavioral strategies. In this context, first of all, variables of the research were examined from a conceptual point of view. In the light of conceptual information, research model was created based on David Rock Neuroleadership Approach (SCARF Model) and Hermann Brain Dominance Model for examining neuroleadership and exploration-exploitation behavioral strategies for examining behavioral strategies, and hypotheses of the research were tested in terms of correlation, regression and variance analysis. According to the analyses performed, findings related to the determining role of neuroleadership in behavioral strategies were obtained.
