Yeni göç dalgalarına karşı Avrupa Birliği içinde schengen sistemiyle ilgili tartışmalar

Free movement established through the Schengen system has become one of the most important achievements of the European Union. However, the Schengen system has also become one of the most discussed issues. Several issues concerning the displacement and migration of people and that the EU has faced have been linked to the Schengen system. Several analyze and work on the improvement of the Schengen system especially critics against EU for being helpless against waves of immigration have been done. This study aims to address the legal framework, crises, critics and reform's proposals of the Schengen system.
