Abstract (EN)
Different traffic control systems are developed with increasing railway traffic. There are many varieties of control systems in the world about the train traffic management, but all of them are centralized traffic control systems. In this study, the development of the general structure of railway traffic control methods are examined, centralized and decentralized control systems are investigated, and an alternative control method is proposed. Train traffic is managed by a center in many countries but different places of railway system in our country are controlled by different control systems in different regions. The one control unit cannot watch and control the other control unit in a different region. In the majority of the country, the ongoing-railway traffic control system is outdated according to today's technological conditions. A new decentralized train traffic control system, which is very practical and can be applied at low cost, and different from all other systems has been developed in this study.
