Abstract (EN)

In this research, was carried out to determine the Flora of Değirmendere Canyon from 2012 to 2014. The study area is located on the south of Başmakçı (Afyonkarahisar). The study area is under the effective control of Mediterranean climate and Mediterranean Region. The flora of study area consists of 231 taxa which belong to 56 families and 58 genera. The phytogeographic regions of species have been determinated: Unknown (162), Euro-Siberian (13), Irano-Turanian (15), Mediterranean (41). The widespread families are as follows: Lamiaceae (25), Fabaceae (23), Caryophyllaceae (18), Asteraceae (16), Brassicaceae (16), Apiaceae (9), Poaceae (9), Rosaceae (9), Papaveraceae (7). The widespread genuses are as follows: Trifolium (7), Alyssum (5), Quercus (5), Galium (5), Cerastium (4), Veronica (4), Papaver (4), Minuartia (3), Silene (3), Medicago (3), Vicia (3), Salvia (3), Malva (3), Ranunculus (3). The rate of endemism is % 9,1.
