Avrupa Birliği ve üye ülkeler arasındaki yetki ikamesi ve sınırlandırılması

Europe must exceed certain problems to ensure political integration. One of these problems is that the Member States fear to transfer their competences to another supranational authority like the EU. The questions constitutional will deepen also aves the new Member States if one cannot produce remedy for the problem of delimitation of competences. The EU must as bring certain effective answers to be close as possible of the citizen and the local authorities. In this work, we will make a research on the problem of delimitation of competences and the influence of the principle of subsidiarity on the matter. Keywords : Subsidiarity, Federalism, Sovereignty
