Some of the American Rooted political intellectuals of our time and the USA, having glorified the administration models the have been suggesting(I) to the other world countries. Once the Democracy is studied, it is evident that the fundamental principles of Democracy are substantially in existence. When The Antique Athenian Democracyis assessed under such fundamental principles, with the USA Democracy, it was ascertained that in the direct Democracy model of Athenian the people was perceived identical with the goverment and such model was in more conformity with the fudamental understanding of Democracy. The representative Democracy of the USA has contained all of the weaknesses that the representative Democracy model would. However, the American Demokracy is trying to the maximum extend to remedy such weaknesses that lay in its constitution. And seeking its people to be more active in the political field. The American like Democracy, as is asserted by some political intellectuals, the matter that it being the summit of the political model ever reached the endof history is not more than an assertion. IV
