An analysis of political systems in according to democratization indicies

Our Discussions on the relationship between government systems and democratization are carried out on two main axes. The first of these examines the reflection of these systems on democratic processes by focusing on the constitutional authority and relationship forms brought by the government systems with a theoretical perspective. The second approach analyzes the positions of government systems in the context of democratization with a comparative perspective in the light of more measurable and systemic data. The thesis study aims to examine whether there is a relationship between democratization indices and government systems, which have been discussed frequently in our country in recent years, on the basis of variables, based on the main indices in this field. The index calculation methods of major monitoring and evaluation institutions such as Freedom House, V-Dem, and Economist will analyze whether the actual government systems have a relationship with democracy.
