Anthropological findings and epistemological investigations show that people have always lived in society throughout history. For every period of history and in society where man himself is a social being searched for the most ideal form of government and discussed. This quest and discussions between democracy as a form of government, oligarchy, monarchy, socialism and leaving behind formats such as management currently adopted by the world community and has been widely used form of government. The fact that the world has be-come a global society in political thought history makes it important to discuss the place of democracy institution in the new world order as a form of government. As a political and economic project, media and political parties are among the chief actors of the political institution and the political institution at the head of the institutions most affect-ed by the change and transformation that globalization created in the context of the impacts and consequences in all spheres of social life. The massive development of mass communi-cation technology, the advances in internet and software, seem to reveal the individualiza-tion of social life and the globalization of individual life. This reality has led the media insti-tution and the political arena to grow stronger and stronger each passing day. It seems that political parties and the traditional media have necessarily adapted themselves to new phe-nomena of new world order in the face of this process, in which change and transformation are inevitable.
