Forensic and prevention searches in marine vessels

In this study, "forensic and preventive searches of maritime vehicles" will be examined. Judicial search protection measure is a measure that requires intervention in fundamental rights and freedoms such as privacy of private life and immunity of home in case of reasonable suspicion that a crime has been committed. Preventive search is a method used to prevent crime and prevent danger. In particular, failure to conduct a judicial search in accordance with the law is one of the issues that must be carefully considered, as it makes the search unlawful and prevents the evidence obtained from being used as a basis for judgment by the judicial authorities.
