Abstract (EN)

This study was conducted to determine the removal of plant mineral nutrients by the yield and pruning in 3 different wine grape varieties (Chardonnay, Kalecik Karası and Shiraz) located at Denizli province of Turkey. In this context, representative soil, leaf, fruit (grape) and pruning samples were taken from 15 vineyards for each varieties and analyzed. Results revealed that the yield of the examined varieties changed between 749 – 1308, 845 – 1400 and 706 – 1479 kg/da for Chardonnay, Kalecik Karasi and Shiraz, respectively. Amount of the pruned canes changed between 1,8 – 2,2, 1,8 – 2,1 and 1,7 – 1,9 kg/vine. In general, the quantity of nutrients removed by grape varied between 1,18 – 2,96 kg/da N; 0,08 – 0,36 kg/da P; 1,24 – 3,40 kg/da K; 0,07 – 131,48 g/da Fe and by pruning 1,05 – 2,51 kg/da N; 0,09 – 0,40 kg/da P; 0,43 – 1,30 kg/da K; 3,20 – 26,41 g/da Fe. The total amount of nutrients removed by grape + pruned cane varied between 2,98 – 4,32 kg/da, 0,22 – 0,58 kg/da, 2,46 – 3,80 kg, 4,58 – 75,44 g/da for N, P, K and Fe respectively.
