Abstract (EN)
It is possible to obtain stem cells from different parts of the tooth such as deciduous or adult dental pulp, periodontal or dental follicle. These stem cells have been shown to be osteogenically differentiated. In this study, the usability of postbiotics, whose clinical results are still being investigated, in terms of dental pulp stem cell to bone differentiation was investigated. Stem cells are an important promising regenerative therapy method that provides hemostasis by replacing damaged and diseased cells in the body. However, stem cell isolation, differentiation and cost prevent the widespread use of this promising method. Differentiation of dental pulp stem cells into bone in the presence of postbiotics from different sources was investigated and compared with control groups. According to the data obtained, it was observed that osteogenic differentiation did not occur and there was no difference between the groups.
