Abstract (EN)
Analogous to the fast improvement in technology, design and production of express smart machines have gained importance instead of expensive and inadequate human labor. Areas of need, with the increase of study in this issue, have started to expand as well. Particularly, the use of mechanization and robots is observed to be spreading in developed countries. Today, due to the combination of mechanisation systems, image processing and robots; proper systems which aims at the desired field and amortizes itself shortly can be improved. Recently, logistic management systems comprising all steps for transportation operations have gained importance in order to secure the activity flow in businesses and, therefore, not to lose the market they are in. Regarding this system, it has been aimed to reduce the cost.In this study - in an attempt to support the endeavor to make delivery in true quantities, in time and to true place, and to raise the quality by reducing the cost ? a cartesian robot which has 3 sliding joints, and which can make storing by identifying objects through screen processing in C++ programming language, has been designed. With this robot, we aim at meeting the needs of certain businesses in time and in desired quality and condition.Looking into reference studies, it?s calculated that error rate derived from algorithms which is used in image processing programming is lower 3 percent. It is assessed design work is practicable, because it is considered that pieces taken by robot is not accurate as this application practically.
