Abstract (EN)

In the study, damages arising from the earthquake are explained within the scope of contract liability. In practice, the typical work, rental and sales contracts that are most subject to liability arising from earthquake damages continue to be explained within the framework of earthquake law. In the first chapter, the definition of earthquake is made and the damages that may occur as a result of the earthquake are mentioned. Afterwards, the concepts of liability and contract liability are discussed in general terms. In the second part, earthquake law responsibilities within the scope of the work contract are emphasized. In the third chapter, the issue of liability within the scope of sales and lease agreements is explained in detail. The purpose of this study; First of all, it aims to investigate the legal ways that can be applied against the damages caused by the earthquake within the scope of possibilities and to present these issues in a systematic and cumulative way by providing a guide for the legal search of people whose number exceeds hundreds of thousands due to the damages arising from the earthquakes, and many of my legal colleagues who are looking for legal solutions to these people.
