Primarily, l have mentioned from thedevelopment of the technology of prefabrication in Turkey and in the world,and l have given general information about the prefabricated structures. Thesystems of prefabricated structures have been resumed seperately. The damagesof eartguake to prefabricated buildings have been examined in detail, and thedamages of eartquake in Turkey and in the world in recent years and reasons ofthese damages have been tackled, and also various suggestions aboutprefabricated buildings which will be constructed recently have been presented.Regulations of eartquake which is in effect and the draft law of regulationseartquake which has been published in the year 2005 have been discussed fromthe point of view of buildings prefabricated, the recent additions about repairand strengthening have been examined. Also l have given Information aboutworkings for fixing damages and levels of damages which have been done beforerepair and strengthening of damaged prafabricated buildings after eartquake.The necessity and basis for repair and strengthening have been presented. Theequipments of repair and strengthening that are used for repairingprefabricated buildings have been introduced, the techniques of applicationhave been explained. The current and traditional techniques of repair andviistrengthening which are done for increasing of stamina for eartquake ofprefabricated buildings and done for present situation have been presented toyou in detail.
