Özet (EN)

Since the formation of the earth on which we live, it continues to move day by day until today. Earthquakes that occur as a result of this mobility cause various injuries, and loss of life and property. With this type of disaster that cannot be resisted or stopped, it is tried to minimize the loss of life and property to be encountered with the help of the measures taken. Due to the deterioration that may occur in the structural units of the building before the earthquake, the structure may become unstable at the time of the earthquake and cause the structure to show weakness against the earthquake during the earthquake. For this reason, continuous monitoring and observation of building units is of great importance. Within the scope of combating earthquakes, it is essential to carry out new studies as well as many studies in the literature. Detection of damaged structures after the earthquake, as well as pre-earthquake observation, has an important place for first aid and rescue operations to be carried out for people trapped under the rubble. In the literature, various studies on building health have been carried out in high-altitude buildings and results have been obtained by examining the vibration motions of the buildings. With the realized study, the structure prototype was created, and values were taken from the circuit assembly placed in the prototype via Raspberry Pi and sensors. With the data received from voltage and axis sensors, the data table in the main computer was updated instantly. As a result, a 'Building Damage Detection and Post-Earthquake Management Information System' has been developed, which will present prototype data from the main computer interface to the end-user for analysis and reporting in the event of potential building integrity compromise and possible building collapse after an earthquake. Through this Information System, real-time monitoring of pre-earthquake building integrity and instantaneous identification of earthquake-damaged structures are aimed, enabling prompt intervention by the necessary units.
