Abstract (EN)

The simulation of the deep-drawing of a rectangular box of coated galvanise ERD 1314 ( DIN EN 10327 ) with the material of steel using the explicit DYNAFORM non-linear finite-element (FE) code has been investigated. In this research the effect of 4 mm, 6mm and 8 mm punch radii as well as 10 mm/s, 30 mm/s and 50 mm/s deep drawing speed variables on the maximum thickness decrease and on the undestructed product height, have been investigated . The results shows indicate that :(1)With 4 mm punch radius and 10 mm/s deep drawing speed , 24 mm undestructed product with 30 mm/s deep drawing speed , 21 mm undestructed product, with 50 mm/s deep drawing speed , 18 mm undestructed product,(2)With 6 mm punch radius and 10 mm/s deep drawing speed , 43.4 mm undestructed product with 30 mm/s deep drawing speed , 37 mm undestructed product, with 50 mm/s deep drawing speed , 30 mm undestructed product,(3)With 8 mm punch radius and 10 mm/, 30 mm/s and 50 mm/s deep drawing speeds , 43.4 mm undestructed product, can be obtained.
