Abstract (EN)
With advances in production technology to increase the performance of cutting tools to work dramatically. Tool life and workpiece in order to provide more accurate processing of transactions implemented in many teams. The new material development team, teams increase team performance with coating and heat treatment to the most common ones. Related to the development and manufacturing teams through surveys of other parameters used in the production costs and quality of work is increasing with each passing day. In this study, the cryogenic process is defined as zero-six procedures, carbide tools and wear resistance, tool life, cutting forces and surface roughness has been improvement. Deep (-196 ° C) applied to the cryogenic process karbürle coated, uncoated carbide applied to the teams, tempering, drilling performance of uncoated carbide tools, cutting forces, surface roughness, ovalite and evaluated in terms of tool wear. As a result of this evaluation process and the deep cryogenic tempering practices, cutting tool wear resistance, tool life and other cutting parameters were positively affected.
