Abstract (EN)

Oral culture is the unwritten documents that reveal all the cultural values and social life of a nation and convey the nation's beliefs and common points without censorship. Today, when cultural studies uniquely shape urban values, values focusing on local points come to the fore. The Alanya tales compiled in the study constitute the basis for the disappearance of cultural studies with the rapid development and interaction of Alanya. In this context, the research contributes to cultural studies. The purpose of the research; The aim is to compile the Alanya tales, which are determined as oral tradition elements in Alanya, and examine them in terms of their suitability for 2nd grade primary school students and values education. The subject of our study is the tales passed down from generation to generation in this society dominated by the Yoruk nomadic culture. Among the tales that are elements of oral and written tradition, 147 Alanya tales were reached. These tales were analyzed with document analysis, one of the qualitative research methods, and the study was carried out with descriptive content analysis. Source people were reached for 24 tales and the tales were listened to using the interview technique. A Fairy Tale Review Form was created and adaptable ones were determined. A total of 32 fairy tales were adapted and brought to a level suitable for 2nd grade primary school students. The original version of each adapted tale, the score of the original version of the tale according to the Fairy Tale Review Form, the readability scores of the original version of the tale according to Ateşman and Çetinkaya-Uzun, the adapted version of the tale, the score of the adapted version of the tale according to the Fairy Tale Review Form, the score of the adapted version of the tale. According to Ateşman and Çetinkaya-Uzun, readability scores, the representation of the original and adapted tale versions of the tale, the techniques used in adapting the tale. Demonstration with examples, the values in the fairy tale, the representation of these values with example sentences, and the words that are intended to be taught in the tale are given
