Abstract (EN)

Many fields in daily life need the laser engraving technique. The laser engraving machine is one of the important electronic device, which are widely used in various applications. It is a device that use laser beam to engraving on solid materials like (Metals and Wood), and in many different applications like medical applications (teeth whitening and Remove tooth decay), Technology applications (Laser printers) and etc... The purpose of this thesis is to create a smart CNC graving machine that can sketch images and write text with high accuracy. Furthermore, control the motors and laser with highest accuracy. To understand how this machine work, it most to understand how the microcontroller behave when get the instructions from G-code program; the laser will start lasing operation when the laser device gets the instructions from microcontroller. In addition to control the laser operation, as well as the microcontroller has another job is to control the x- axis and y- axis motors, and z-axis of the machine.
