Özet (EN)
This thesis aims to enhance the resolution and sensitivity of the LEHR collimator used in gamma cameras by modifying the septa height, septa thickness, and hole diameter parameters. The study involves acquiring NEMA measurements of the LEHR collimator and creating a realistic simulation environment using Monte Carlo simulations. Subsequently, the gamma camera, crystal, collimator, and associated components are simulated on the GATE platform. Selected values of septa height, septa thickness, and hole diameter are used in the simulations to evaluate their effects on collimator resolution and sensitivity.
