In this study, compensation for loss of support is examined. Through the thesis, the definition, general features, formation conditions of compensation for loss of support and the topics of who can demand this compensation, materializing demanded compensation, abatements in this aforesaid compensation and process provisions in this action for compensation are handled and examined. Whille this study conducted, the argument in the doctrine and trial practice are collaterally handled and it is tried to draw attention to loss of right in trial practice.
