Abstract (EN)

The main purpose of this thesis is to determine the impact of destination personality and experience quality on satisfaction and behavioral intentions. For this purpose, 606 questionnaires were collected on the Turkish, European and Chinese tourists who visited the Cappadocia region, which is unique destination in Turkey. In line with the research questions and hypotheses, exploratory factor analysis, simple linear correlation, multiple linear regression and t test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were performed. According to the findings, Cappadocia's destination personality was determined to be sincere, reliable, hard and impressive. As a result of the hypothesis tests, it was concluded that the quality of experience and quality of experience had a positive impact on the satisfaction and behavioral intentions of the tourists. It is possible to say that this thesis has a theoretical originality in terms of determining a meaningful and positive relationship between destination personality and quality of experience. In line with all these results, recommendations were made to tourism professionals and local administrators in order to develop tourism in Cappadocia and to protect the factors that are important for tourists.
