Abstract (EN)
The aim of the current thesis is to study the biochemical changes in patients with coronavirus and an attempt to identify in the future the most successful ways to follow up with patients and as a result, treat them with the best drugs in a short period of time. Age had a significant effect on the disease in association with the period of infection. There were no clear signs or significant differences in body mass. IL6, NRL, LYM, and WBC were clear significant differences that could be used in early diagnosis of the disease or to follow up the patient's condition by linking with the rest of the blood parameters that had clear significant differences. Serum creatinine and urea did not have any significant statistically significant differences that could benefit in the follow-up of Covid-19 disease. In our study and by describing the pathway of ESR, CRP, RBS, D-Dimer, and Ferritin, it is possible to understand the mechanism that affects the change in the levels of these parameters in patients with Covid-19 and thus contribute to the early detection of the disease, as the results of these tests indicate the presence of significant differences High and statistically significant in patients when compared with the controls group. Whereas, D-dimer with ferritin is one of the most important diagnostic parameters for Covid-19 disease. There is a need for more studies on viruses, their mechanism of origin, and how they affect the physiology of the human body.
