The Determination of the conditions for the recovery of concentrate from titanium bearing ores

The aim of this research was the determination of the conditions for the recovery of concentrate from titanium bearing ores. Dependent on this study, high TİO2 grade of feldspar from Aydın-Çine district and titanium bearing eclogite from Ödemiş- Kiraz district were investigated. Different techniques was used such as; Multi Gravity Separator (MGS)., Wet Tabling and flotation were tested in order to fulfil this. On the other hand, after mentioning general information, potential of Turkey and World and, at presented used of titanium and feldspar product. Furthermore, It was presented determined the concentration parameters of two sample ore. According to the results of experiments, the highest TİO2 grade and recovery of titanium bearing eclogite ore are obtainable by means of wet magnetic separator with flotation and wet tabling. Furthermore, the best result for recovery of TİO2 from feldspar ore is obtained by flotation method.
