Abstract (EN)

The operational conditions together and the study of their impact make engineers provide more products in less quantities and less time and increase the efficiency of operational and production units. The purpose of the study is to obtain the ideal results for the products coming out of the distillation tower and to analyze the difference of some information by increasing or decreasing in some operational conditions on the products and their quantities. The results of the simulations are compared with the results of the real unit in the oil refineries. During the process, the variables that directly affect the results of the treatment, such as temperature, pressures, and concentrations, are closely monitored because they affect each other, so the modification of one variable affects the course of the entire process. The simulation process was used using the PRO// program to study the effect of changing some operating conditions on the products in the oil distillation unit. in the program that several adjustments can be made in the quantities of the required products by controlling the operating variables. It is worth noting that the variables were set according to the ideal operating system to obtain the required quantities. The results were compared to the results of the AL-Dora refinery / crude oil distillation unit. Therefore, the idea of improving distillation processing will show the way to other simple and practical solutions to obtain products in controlled quantities. Performance design was conducted based on the physical properties of chemical compounds, as the Pro program is an ideal simulation environment to serve the manufacturing and production industries and has many options to expand industrial capabilities. Monitoring, error detection and repair, operational improvement and business planning can also be performed using the Pro //program.
